Spoon carving is going on everywhere, and there really isnt a better knife to use than the Flexcut KN52 Single Bevel Sloyd Hook Knife. It is deeply curved, edged all the way to the tip, and has a flat back for pushing with your thumbs (always carve away from your body) when you need that extra oomph! Brass ferrule and a tang extending all the way through the smooth cherry handle are extras you likely wont expect but will welcome because this knife is built to carve many spoons.
